Does GTA 6 have a 60 FPS performance mode?

Unconfirmed in both directions. Rockstar Games has published no performance-mode or frame-rate specification for Grand Theft Auto VI, so GTA6Head does not state a target frame rate and does not state that 60 FPS has been ruled out. Any frame-rate figure circulating from hands-on or current-build reporting is credible journalism at best, remains Rockstar-attributed and REPORTED, and is not an official specification. This record updates when Rockstar publishes one.
